Need a small suggestion...when planning for pregnancy are there any precautions to be taken care not about gynic health scans and al..when the system is normal. if you are doubtful of skipping period and conceiving what steps need to be taken before consulting doctor is climbing steps ok? Travelling out of station in train ok? In the  end days of the cycle? Or we need to restrict us from all this, because before consulting doctor we would not know if we have conceived or not so in such case what precautions need to be taken pls suggest Thank you

Traveling and climbing stairs is absolutely all right. You can do a urine pregnancy kit test in case of missed period before going to the doctor
