As long as sugars are in range there is absolutely no harm in giving Gemer twice..
Check sugars.it should be in range.

Gemer 2mg can be given twice a day depending on the patients glycaemic control/patients requirement.
This is solely based on how the patients sugars are at the moment with what ever her current treatment is.

No harm in giving same medicines- gemer 2 in morning and gemer 1 at night
Gemer is reduced dose...
Monitor blood sugars if no low sugars , and if sugar levels are at goals.. continue same
Goals : FBS 70 to 120 PPBS less than 200... HbA1c ~ 7%
