Hello der your liver pathology like cirrhosis and pancreatitis can be treated get admitted don't consume anything orally you should be nil per oral antibiotics and fluids should be given with ascitic tap and diuretics consult physician for further evaluation and treatment if taking alcohol stop drinking.
