Gastroenterology
Hi, I am 29 years old female. Today, I have noticed blood in my stool. I had noticed the same once around  a year back and once 15 days back as well no pain at that time and it never happened after that. I don't have constipation. I am having healthy diet having a lot of water and yogurt. Blood color was normal red. I am also having minor pain in the back and abdomen like the one I have in menstrual cycles. I am not sure what the issue is. Please suggest.

The description of your symptoms suggests Piles. That's painless, bright blood. That calls for an examination by a General Surgeon. I suggest you consult a General Surgeon in your area because Tele-consultation may not help in this case.

Symptoms are suggestive of piles or hemorrhoids. Do a CBC test and consult with general surgeon. A physical examination is required for further assessment.

Since it's normal red it's due to lower GI bleeding. Will need more details to form a list and few tests to confirm
