Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. According to Ayurveda he may be having pitta problem. Pitta is normally understood to regulate primarily the secretions as well as motility of stomach. I think frequent warm water consumption, some physical activity like skipping indoors(during lockdown) will help.
Next Steps
Warm water consumption at frequent intervals
Health Tips
He should walk around 400-500 steps after primary meals. should not lie down immediately after food.
