I have loose stool 5 days back.just for one day after that I am facing frequent stomach pain that come and go.physician gave me rabeprazole and painkiller.but pain killer only suppress pain not disease.I feel bloated and pain comes and go frequently.

Have you done a USG abdomen and pelvis. If that is normal you may need to get a OGD scopy i.e oesophago duedenoscopy done. Start with Syp Mucaine get 2tsp 4 times a day. Consult online for further management.
