Gastric issue in 23 month old
My child was on antibiotics azithromycin for his cough. The cough gone, but i am observing he is passing more gas post the completion of medicine. His urine and stool output is normal just this gas is worrying me. any advise how to solve this ?

This could be a side effect of antibiotic use. If too troublesome, a probiotic such as sporlac may be given (one sachet twice daily for three days), OR Enterogermina one ampoule twice daily for three days. Alternatively, curd in diet (which also contains lactobacillus) can be added.
