Gastica for new born

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My 2months old baby has gas problem. I take care of burping and massage but still she release gases alot.i am giving her Gastica daily morning and evening. If not given then she used to cry so much. When should I stop giving her Gastica? Is there any side effect?

If baby on exclusive breastfeeding , do proper burping after each feed, nothing else needed.....don't use these gas drops unnecessarily.....mother shd take less spicy diet
