Gas problems with dizziness and Vomiting

Asked for Female, 66 Years

She has been getting these spells of dizziness with vomiting since couple of years now. She last had this in October and now with the onset of summer she had a spell last Wednesday and again tonight she felt the same. Dizziness is occompanied by constant burrping and vomiting. Is there a solution to this problem
