Hi, Generally what i have Notice due to oily & sweet food my stomach get tight. It happening quit frequently. Do I have to check my stomach?

You should cut down oily food, do light exercise everyday, eat in a regular frequency For now, Try Tab. Pantoprazole 40 mg one tab before breakfast everyday for a 10 days.

Yes. You should avoid oily and spicy food. This kind of effect due to oily food is quite common. Sweets are not associated with this kind of reaction.

Dear there are number of reasons for your problems. First thing you can do is to reduce spicy and fried food. Reduce tea coffee intake. Start Pantoprazole 40 once a day. U have to limit or stop eating spicy oily food . Cabbage and cold drinks need to be avoided . Hydration is much needed . If this problem bothering u then take pantop 40 empty stomach bbf od and bd perinorm tab for atleast 5d .
