Rabitop DSR contains rabeprazole + domperidone. Domperidone is generally avoided in pregnancy unless specifically advised by a doctor due to limited safety data. For gas and acidity in 2nd trimester, pantoprazole alone or simple antacids like Syp Gelusil are usually the safest options available.
Also, keep 2-3hours gap from iron tablets as antacids reduce iron absorption.
