This looks like gas + incomplete bowel movement, commonly seen in: • IBS (irritable bowel) • Indigestion • Constipation with gas Because stool is not clearing fully, you feel pressure again after few hours. For now: • Increase water intake • Add fibre (salad, fruits, isabgol at night) • Avoid spicy, oily, junk food • Consider short-term probiotic If it continues, proper evaluation is needed to rule out IBS or other bowel issues. Based on your symptoms, this may require proper clinical assessment and prescription. You may book an online consultation with me for detailed evaluation and personalised treatment plan.

Dear Patient, Your symptoms suggest gas-related bowel irritation or mild IBS. Passing mostly gas with little stool and repeated urge usually means incomplete evacuation due to bowel spasm. Increase water, add fiber slowly, avoid fried/bakery foods, and walk daily. See a doctor if there is blood in stool, weight loss, or severe pain. For detailed guidance, kindly text me on Practo.
