Gas , cough ,vomit prob to 3.5 mont baby

Asked for Female, 36 Years

My three and half month baby had lots of gas problem and cough and spit up prob ... she is completely on formula milk using nestle nan pro 1 .. starter giving her Balaji tambe bal Gutti from last four days and also Suvarna Prashan from last four days .. also at times when she cries lot because of gas I give her Himalaya bonissan .. please give some
