Hello , The gaps can be filled there are various procedures. Like veneers , crowns , filling with composite. This depends on the amount of space . Minimal space can be filled by composite filling. 2 to 3 mm by veneers and if more by crowns. So get a consultation and then plan treatment accordingly.

Clinical information about case is insufficient here. But black discolouration of gums can be addressed by gum depigmentation procedure. And gaps can be addressed by direct or indirect veneers or short term orthodontic treatment depending on the tooth size and arch length analysis.
Next Steps
Consult orthodontist and periodontist near you.

Yeah gap is filled by composite veneer or capping. Whatever you want. Black gum is due to melanin pigmentation. This is normal.
