Hi, It seems like you are missing Lateral incisors on both side of upper jaw. This gap can be closed by Orthodontic Braces treatment with or without implant on missing area. Discuss various treatment option and cost with your dentist and decide. Regards

Hi it looks like congenitally missing lateral incisors means by birth tooth is missing we could confirm by xrays best could be a full cover pfm or zirconium bridge in the smile area upper front side. Hope it answers Pls visit us if required
