Hi, your problem is postural malalignment, the reason for rejection in armed forces is your increased vulnerability in intense physical training due to malalignment.
Moreover you should meet a physio and go for posture examination.
Your muscles control alignment of your body by working on bony levers and joints. To a good extent you can improove this by some facilitation exercise of your hip muscles and foot muscles but if you have malalignment due to altered shape of bones that can only be rectified with surgery which is not necessary unless it is giving you any trouble in daily routine
Hello.
it is very important to know the gravity of your problem . Normally when thighs are heavy it appears that knees are touching, so it is very difficult to say without proper assessment. Some degree of knock knee is acceptable in army examination.

U have visit physiotherapist and do correct strengthening exercises for ur knees including lower limbs to correct deformity if any.
Nothing to worry at ur age
Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
