I have been diagnosed with gallstone.Am 35 years old. So pls advise is the surgery is the only way out

Yes madam surgery is the only option for the treatment of gall stones.  These stones do not get dissolved with any medicines. Slowly they keep increasing in size and may give you severe complications in future. Surgery is one time permanent solution for the stones. It is done laparoscopically with very minimal pain and very fast recovery.
