Gallbladder stone upto 1cm.L4 vertebra has degenerative changes.have pain in back. Can it be cure without operation?? Age 25yrs. Female. Kolkata

If stone is not causing problem no need of operation. If it troubles then only u need operation. For degenerative change in vertebra I should consult spine surgeon this should not happen in this age.
