Hello,
A lady, 55 yrs, with IBS medical history, suffering from abdominal pain since 1-2 months, having fever, headache,also vomiting. Only, taking medications for anxiety issues. She's recently diagnosed with gallstones(9mm) with normal wall.
Bile duct size(3.5mm)
Need suggestion for treatment..

For Cholelithiasis the only treatment is cholecystectomy.....so if it all asymptomatic than also elective surgery is the answer.....along with continue treatment of IBS
