First priority is to control the infection by intravenous antibiotics. Once the infection is controlled the patient should get TURP done. After the patient has been stabilized after the first surgery we can think about gall bladder stones.

Based on what you’ve shared, this looks like an active infection (very high CRP, rising WBC) likely triggered by urinary obstruction ± gallbladder infection. Surgery is usually not done while infection is uncontrolled unless it’s an emergency. The priority is to stabilize the infection first, identify the exact source, and then plan surgery safely.
Next Steps
• Continue IV antibiotics and get blood/urine cultures reviewed • Urgent urology + surgery coordination to relieve urine obstruction • Surgery decision should be taken after infection markers start falling • Close monitoring given fever, chills, confusion episodes
Health Tips
Symptoms like chills, confusion, fainting suggest sepsis risk — this needs tight supervision, not delays. If you want, we can go step-by-step on infection control first, surgery timing next, based on reports and current response to treatment.
