I have 22mm gall stones..getting heavy upper abdomen pain and back pain..is it i can go with medicines r surgery..

If stones have started causing inflammation it can not be treated with medicines. With time complications will increase. Please get surgery done after confirmation of DIAGNOSIS and after proper evaluation.
