Gall stone disease
My mother complained of severe pain in the right and central upper abdomen since 2 days.she also complains of dyspepsia since a week and had 4 episodes of vomiting since yesterday.she had similar episode 20 yrs back and she got an usg done which was s/o gall stone disease.she was just managed conservatively then. She is currently taking an antibiotic (ornicef) , drotina and piza-d(pantoprazole and domperidone) tablet Current usg shows grade 3 fatty liver changes with gall bladder wall thickening irregularly and gall bladder is contracted with wall echo shadows suggestive of cholelithiasis. What should we do further? Should we give any otger medicine? Should we get it operated?
