Gall bladder removal and fatty liver

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My gallbladder was removed 20 days back due to gallstones. I have fatty liver and high cholesterol. Doctor prescribed me udiliv 150 for 10 days. Can I continue taking it now also for lowering the cholesterol? Will udiliv 150 help in lowering the cholesterol and fatty liver?
