Gal bladder small 3 stones dropped
Due to severe abdominal pain admitted in hospital and detected stones in gal bladder as result a 10 percent  pancreatitis problem affected due to inflammation.Due to continued medication for 3 days on fluids , one stone passed in urine and another two small stones through GI endoscopy dropped. Now he has lost 10kgs weight and unable take much food, today he has vomited 3 times, random sugar 320 and diabetic doctor suggested insulin for 15 days to come down sugar levels.pl suggest me how to regain weight and as usual taking normal quantity of food.amalyse and lipase are normal.

If pancreatitis... then due to exocrine (digestive enzymes) insufficiency , he would have lost weight and also due to diabetes ... If it so by replacing digestive enzymes and controlling blood sugars ..  should help him gaining weight
