I would advise to take a urine pregnancy test which is available over the counter in the pharmacy. Do the test with the first urine in the morning to get accurate results. If it's positive kindly follow up with a OBGYN. If not it could be bloating of the stomach caused by gastritis where using antacids would be of help. The following steps may also help if it is gastritis: - Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better. - Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Exercise regularly - Increase daily intake of water to 3liters - Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation. If pain is persistent or worsens visit the ER at the earliest
