Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have a vaginal infection since a year.. And everytime i take medicine and infection gone.. But it will come after a short time then i go to doctor and take thyroid test... And my tsh level come 68 Soo its thyroid disease so am worried as my age is only 22 year old.. And i want to know is it curable or i would have to take medicine throughout my life.
