Future destructed disease- Endometriosis

I am a unmarried girl of age 26 years. I am diagnosed with bilateral ovarian endometriomas of right ovrycyst size 3.6*2.8 cm & left ovary cyst size 6.5*5.7 cm from jan, 2020. from then I take Emersa 2 mg daily by my consultation doctor & he advised me to do usg after 3 months each & marry soon. Follow up case: Usg report on June, 20: Both ovaries are enlarged & RO cyst size 2.4*1.8 cm & LO cyst size 4.9*3.2 cm. No free fluid seen in pelvic cavity. Usg report on oct, 20: RO cyst size is 2.1*1.2 cm & LO cyst size is 3.4*3.2 cm. Usg report on jan, 21: RO cyst size is 1.6*1.2 cm & LO cyst size is 2.6*2.4 cm. Usg report on 3rd april, 21: RO cyst is 1.7*1.3 cm and left ovary cyst size is 3.0*2.7 cm.Left ovary size: 4.6*4.2*3.1 cm & volume is 32 cc. Right ovary size: 3.6*2.7*1.8 cm & volume is 9 cc. i have no pain at all. some little pain in abdomen For some time. Can i Live normally & my future will destructed ?As it has no cure so im very deprresed & worry abt my future. plz hlp & sgst
