  4. Fungus on penis. Any further infection?

My2 year old son has minor fungal patch on his external penis skin... Doctor has given him betamil gm cream... Which is composed of miconazole nitrate, diprovate, beclamethasone... Does this cause any infection further.. the cream is working and I am worried that if it causes any further infection??
