Do not use over the counter ringworm cream.
Do not use creams with topical steroid. It will create drug resistance.
Consult a dermatologist if it is chronic.
It looks like chronic and already scratched a lot and topical steroid also used.
It is difficult to treat a fungal infection like this.

Tab. Forcan 150mg stat dose followed by 1 tablet every week fir 3 weeks.
Canesten cream for local application.
