Fungal infection or skin infection
Hii Sushma this side from past 1 month I m facing a problem there are some spots n rashes on my internal area and it is getting spreaded day by day. Whenever I get sweating or water splash over tht area itching starts and it becomes uncontrollable.Consulted to one of my homeopathy doctor regarding this she has referred me calbo powder and medicines. But I want to consult with doctor so please help me regarding this.

Might be ringworm, it spreads and is very itchy. You need a course if antifungals for specific duration. Could help you

A detail history is needed for the same. Is there any discharge? Have you had the same problems in the past? Is skin redness present? Consult for better management.

Seems like a fungal infection. Apply Lucrush Ointment thrice daily till the spots completely subsides. Take Bilashine 20mg SOS for itching. Apply Candid Dusting Powder to keep the area dry. Remember fungal infection increases on itching. Because of sweating the area becomes moist which helps in growth of the fungus. So avoid itching and keep the area dry. And also fungal infections usually take time to heal. So be patient.
Next Steps
In case if the symptoms doesn't subside on taking above medications Oral medications might be required. Consult Under Practo in case of emergency!
