Fungal infection
My younger brother applied Dettol liquid on his privates(the scrotum and the penis skin) as there was itching (some kind of fungal infection i guess) just to clean it. Now it has a Dettol burn and it still itches. Can a fungal infection cream still be applied? Or will it make his burn worse? Please help out with this problem. It seems the infection was there for about 2 to 3 weeks.
