Fungal infection in second trimester

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have got fungal infection near thighs and buttocks. Dermatologist gave me creams for that but its not recovering and my gynaecologist not suggested to take any oral medication and itching a lot. Is there any home remedies i can try to reduce itching ? Also when i can take proper treatment after delivery?
