Full body ache and energyless. Pls help!

Good afternoon Dr Lmp 17/11/19,but dr says i conceived 2-3 weeks later ,acc to last usg on 19/6/2020 i was 29 week pregnant,from last week im feeling tiredless/bodyache,whenever i goes in kitchen or where there is no Air conditioning i feels uncomfortable n hence vertigo problem,also vertigo problem in mng,i want normal deliever because of covid,since i cant work im scared that might be due to inactivity of i may be operated for ceaserian. How to do work,control nausea as i dont want to go hospital,pls tell me when is my next ultrasound due so that i ll go dere on that date also. Also hospital where i registered my pregnancy ,dr n staff 29 persons found positive,although hospital is opened i dont want to go dere. Pls help
