Is there any possibility of HIV transmission if I masturbate with out condom which hand that I have kept into girls vagina & also outside of the condom touch my penis head which I put in to girls vagina I don't have cuts on my penis my fear is after 4 weeks I have ulcers in mouth and small I pimples in penis iam in HIV risk or not.
