Frozen shoulder
Left shoulder is frozen for my dad. Limited movement, orthopedic surgeon suggested orthoscopy after which detected a broken bone tip. Might need a surgery.

Frozen shoulders which are idiopathic- that is not secondary to any abnormality in the joint per se do well with physio alone, though it may take quite sometime to recover fully. Which bone is fractured? Pl post xrays if available. If the fragment ia lying free in the joint or obstructs the movement, it may require removal.
