The problem of frozen shoulder can be of cervical or shoulder problem. This needs to be differentiated. The resolution of a pure frozen shoulder requires 3-4 months, so be patoent.

Takes time to recover by conventional physiotherapy.You need manual therapy and mobilisation to increase your range and hence pain will reduce too. Keep patience and continue with exs
