Frozen shoulder
I get frozen shoulder very often. It goes away if I sleep without pillow. Is there anything that I can do to prevent the frequent reoccurrence?

What you are describing may not be "frozen shoulder". You need to meet an orthopedic surgeon to distinguish between neck or a shoulder issue if rest and proper posture does not resolve the problem.
