Frothy motion in infants

Hi, I have a 4 months old baby girl. She has started passing frothy poop 2-3 times from couple of days.. Is this normal ?? Currently she has oral thrush as well for which she was been applied gentian violet for arnd 3 weeks and since it dint approve now switched to candid mouth paint. Kindly advice in this.
