Is eating fresh fruits harmful or Beneficial during postpartum? Because Some women believe in local area as a Fresh food should not be eat during postpartum  because it will affect negative on a baby

Eating fruits is always beneficial but since it's monsoon, have seasonal fruits only and wash thoroughly before eating fruits to avoid catching infection. Fruits should be consumed 30 min before breakfast. It should not be mixed with the meal

It is definitely very beneficial So this circulating myth should be abandoned and people should be educated that fresh fruits are a wonderful source of vitamins and minerals and they should be consumed in abundance in the postpartum period or any period of your life
