Frequent vomoting amd vertigo.

Asked for Male, 56 Years

I am a male of 54, and since morning today i am sufferjng from 2 things, one is frequeng vomiting and the 2nd one is vertigo. it was all completely ok yesterday. what can be the possible cause of this?
