As per your complaints, it looks like ? urine infection. Before starting any antibiotic, give urine test for 1)urine routine and 2) urine culture & sensitivity. Make sure to give her plenty of fluids and proper urinary hygeine. Get back with urine routine report which should come by tonight ideally.
Next Steps
might need to start antibiotic after seeing urine report.
