I'm sorry you are suffering so much. What you have is most likely an infection of the bladder and the vagina. In women both tracts are very close to each other and infection spreads quickly. Please see a gynaecologist as soon as you can so it can be treated correctly. You may need to tell them about any sexual partners you had or unprotected sex as you may be at risk of certain sexually transmitted infection which require different medicines.
