My baby girl one year 5 months old. For the past 2 days we are giving her vinlep syrup. Today she got extremely tired and drowsy 3 times. During third time she screamed suddenly n fell and she was looking up. Her eyes were looking up. This has not happened to her. It's partial seizures. The hands and legs were not shaking. We were using valparin syrup. Doct told to change medicine as it was not effective. Would vinlep cause seizures and tiredness. We are much concerned. We contacted doctor but he was not available. My question is we are afraid to give her vinlep night dosage. Can we give her valparin. Pls guide. We are confused. Its emergency.

Yes. She has had seizure. You can’t change medications abruptly. Doctor must have seen her, analysed then only he would have recommended a new medication.
Next Steps
You have to wait for couple of days for the medications to reach the required level.meet the neurologist to titre the medications
