Frequent neck pain and dizziness

Asked for Male, 36 Years

I have being experiencing frequent neck pain and dizziness, sometime the intensity is less but sometime severe.Several nights i get up in mid due to pain and unable to sleep again. Very rarely i get full night sleep without getting up in between. Please suggest how can this be cured.

For pain take pain killers tab ultracet and do some physio ift therapy. If pain spreads to arms and back and painful neck movement u have to consult orthopedic doctor.
