Frequent Fever

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi Dr. I keep getting fever almost every month once for a couple of days. Symptoms are like throat pain, dark flume, burning sensation in urine, jaw pain and body ache. However the temperature is not very high. I take paracetamol and feel good for couple of hrs and then again feel the above mentioned symptoms. Could you please help me understand what could be causing this?
