  4. Frequent fever. To worry about?

Hi Doc My 15mo baby is getting frequent fever despite having antibiotics. Within 3weeks she has fallen ill thrice. With blood test done her urinary infection malaria dengue all came negative. But her wbc count is 5.46 lakhs and leucocytes count is 20740. Is there something to worry about??? For history, she had sinus tract removed frm external ear in May. Also she had severe chest congestion in August, post which she was on medications, antiallergy.

Counts are high. If oral antibiotics are going and the child still has fever better to get blood culture done and plan for hospital admission and iv antibiotics
