Hi,
I get frequent eye styes in my right eye. Also my right eye keeps on twitching. This is happening for 2-3 months now. Is it normal or there is anything to worry.
Regards
Ajay

Make sure you don’t touch the eyelid with unclean fingers. Gently dab with disposable tissue if you feel the need to touch . Suggest a course of oral antibiotics to prevent recurrence. Maskatieyeclinic Opposite Charni Road station east , Mumbai

Hello
Recurrent stye could be due to uncorrected refractive error, poor lid hygiene and diabetes etc
Try
A. Warm compresses and lid scrub
B. Get blood sugar checked
Consult local ophthalmologist
It might be due to incomplete treatment, improper hygiene or diabetes. So please get your blood sugar checked.
And continue the antibiotics drops frequently for a longer time ie for at least a month.
