Our little one is 1 year 1month old. From last 3 days he is passing stool for 3 to 4 times a day. We started solids from last week and from then he's passing more frequently. Stool is semi solid state. Urine output is good. We are giving rice, chapathi, and normal upma all of which are very mild in spicy and saltiness
Is it normal or do we need to look into anything???

Follow Weaning advice as suggested by your pediatrician doctor.
Test one item in a week.
Start with vegetables, fruits, pulses
One item a week.
We can't give upma, chapatti, rice in one week.
If we force too much the intestines will be swollen and lead to a surgery problem called Intussusception.
So do not rush...
Excess stools means early gastro enteritis.
