Frenulum Tear
I had Frenulum tear last night and bled very much and after standing up I almost fainted. What should be the immediate next step. Is it fine to leave it as it is for few weeks and heal naturally while keeping the basic hygiene. Any precautions?

Yes let it heal on it's own if there's no bleeding now. Maintain good hygiene. Refrain yourself from any sexual activity till it gets healed completely. For better assessment visit a surgeon personally and get yourself examined once to clear any doubts.
