I am a 26yr old guy....i have a membrane kind of a thing which does not let me pull my foreskin down...it stings when i apply too much pressure....its ruining my love life....i read some artcles and i think it is called frenulum.....is there any way to treat it at home or do i need to have a circumcision? please help.
